Post-operative recovery and convalescence

• Moderate pain, generally well controlled by analgesics.
• Wear a support bra for 1 month to promote healing.
• Recommended time off work of 7 to 15 days in the event of medical treatment.
• Avoidance of sports for about 4 weeks.
